ACF-50 Anti-Corrosion Formula is a state-of-the-art anti-corrosion and lubricant compound originally developed for the aerospace industry.

It forms an ultra-thin fluid film that actively penetrates corrosion deposits, neutralises the corrosion cell, and displaces moisture from the metal surface.

ACF-50 emulsifies and encapsulates electrolytes, lifting them away from the surface and creating a protective atmospheric barrier that prevents further moisture contact.

Its strong capillary action allows it to creep into tight seams, lap joints, micro-cracks, rivet heads, and other corrosion-prone areas, including exposure to salt water.

On new metal, ACF-50 forms a self-healing protective barrier that prevents corrosion from starting.

Remains active for up to 12 months and provides protection for up to 24 months under suitable conditions.

Also functions as an excellent lubricant without containing wax, resin, silicone, or Teflon that could trap moisture or clog mechanisms.

Suitable for aviation, automotive, marine, and industrial applications wherever corrosion is a concern.
