FEATURES:

Adhesive for windscreen SPRINT is a single-component polyurethane adhesive mass that hardens very quickly with moisture in the air, forming an elastomer with excellent mechanical properties.

Resistant to water, weathering, and acids.

Provides strong adhesion, resilience, and durability for bonding windshields and rear vehicle windows.

Creates a permanent seal capable of withstanding large temperature fluctuations.

Accommodates different thermal expansion rates between glass and metal surfaces, allowing natural movement.

Safe for vehicles equipped with airbag systems.

Meets CRASH TEST requirements (FMVSS 212 standard) after 3 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity.

Application involves priming the windshield and bodywork with BOLL Glass primer, allowing 15 minutes of drying, applying adhesive with a manual or pneumatic gun, placing the glass, and securing it with proper pressure.

The vehicle is road-ready after 1 hour (at 23°C and 50% humidity).
